The 1st and 2nd arrondissements are filled with these \u2014 though not all of them will have <i>all<\/i> the rarities on hand at all times!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Here are a few worth trying and where exactly to find them in the city. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Boudin Noir in Â鶹APP <\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mmmm boudin noir; or blood sausage as the English call it. The favorite F<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-paris-authentic-french-food-restaurants\/\">rench delicacy<\/a> the minute the winter rolls into the Â鶹APPian streets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In summation, boudin noir is simply congealed pork blood. In all honesty this is more of a European thing than a solely French thing. It is widely found around the continent and goes by a few different street names along the way. If you do go with another person get a few different ones to try and share them amongst yourselves. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s3\">T<\/span><span class=\"s1\">\u00eate de Veau <\/span><span class=\"s3\">in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Directly translated to \u201chead of calf\u201d, t\u00eate de veau is not something I\u2019ve managed to bring myself to taste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The calf-head delicacy takes hours to prepare in the kitchen and is considered some of the finest dining you can do while in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/best-food-to-bring-back-from-france\/\">France<\/a>. The dish is usually served with a mayonnaise style sauce and capers. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If this is all tickling your taste buds and you\u2019re itching to try you need to go to La Ravigote. You\u2019ll appreciate this public park space either before or after your delicacy meal \u2014 before to mentally prepare, after to walk in circles as you digest the meal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sorry guys, you\u2019re on your own with this one. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">Foie Gras in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Foie Gras is another \u201cdelicacy\u201d that I don\u2019t really like to get into the logistics of. We\u2019ll leave it at \u201cwell fed goose liver served up to 10 times it\u2019s usual size\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/five-fun-facts-about-french-food\/\">dish<\/a> is widely loved and hated all around the world.
