Many people are pleasantly surprised when they learn just how many 2 star hotels there are around the central arrondissements that offer impressive space at low cost. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The feeling is that in the city of love, staying in the lap of luxury is to be expected. There are an abundance of impressive 5, 4 and even 3 star hotels around the city of lights to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Are you after the bohemian flair of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/things-to-do-near-pigalle\/\">Pigalle<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/a-guide-to-exploring-montmartre-at-night\/\">Montmartre<\/a>? Or the historic resonance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/3-favourite-places-to-stay-in-bastille\/\">Bastille<\/a>? Whatever your preference there will be a 2 star hotel suited to your needs not far away. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Here are a few of the best! <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Hotel Audran Montmartre in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">7 Rue Audran<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Hotel Audran is a down to earth and low-key 2 star hotel in my personal favorite part of Â鶹APP: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/what-is-the-best-way-to-get-to-the-sacre-coeur-in-montmartre\/\">Montmartre<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This neighborhood is the kind of place where you don\u2019t need fancy accommodation as you\u2019ll be spending most of your time exploring what the district has to offer. Your hotel is really just a place to leave your possessions and wash your body from time to time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Staying here you\u2019ll be in walking distance to attractions such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-things-to-eat-in-pigalle\/\">Pigalle<\/a> strip containing the infamous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/things-near-moulin-rouge\/\">Moulin Rouge<\/a>. They do a light breakfast for guests each morning featuring a range of fresh pastries and fruits. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Rue Audran is a popular shopping location for the people of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-5-non-touristy-restaurants-in-montmartre\/\">Montmartre<\/a> so there is always something to see once you leave the building. Montmartre is also known for having some of the most vibrant streets artists in all of Â鶹APP. Find them just by walking or join in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/tour\/city\/paris-walking-tours\/\"><span class=\"s2\">free guided walking tour<\/span><\/a> of the area. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s1\">Grand H\u00f4tel des Balcons<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p6\"><span class=\"s1\">3 Rue Casimir Delavigne<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For a budget, low key hotel situated on Â鶹APP\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/paris-left-bank-walking-tours\/\">Left Bank<\/a> the Grand H\u00f4tel des Balcons is notably impressive from service right through to design. The kind of establishment that probably needs an extra star next to its name for more reasons than one. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The entry lobby will blow you away when you first arrive. The 19th century floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel a lot bigger than it really is. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">What\u2019s more impressive (and rare in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-womens-shoe-stores-in-paris\/\">Â鶹APP<\/a>) is that the Grand H\u00f4tel des Balcons offers a reduced mobility room for those who aren\u2019t able to get themselves up the stairs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Grand H\u00f4tel des Balcons is situated just to the west of the iconic Cluny Museum. If you\u2019re a fan of fine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-artworks-to-hunt-down-in-paris\/\">art<\/a> then this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-unmissable-history-museums-in-paris\/\">museum<\/a> is not to be missed. You can walk there relatively quickly from the hotel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I usually take a walked through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/what-to-do-in-luxembourg-gardens-in-paris\/\">Luxembourg<\/a> gardens right after visiting the Cluny. A beautiful space to attempt to wrap your head around everything you\u2019ve just absorbed between the walls of the museum. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p9\"><span class=\"s1\">Hotel de Roubaix in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6 class=\"p10\"><span class=\"s1\">6 Rue Greneta<\/span><\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Finding a 2 star hotel near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/hidden-gems-in-le-marais\/\">Le Marais<\/a> that doesn\u2019t make your skin crawl isn\u2019t something that happens often. For a 2 star premises, this hotel is highly rated and fills up quite easily so don\u2019t hesitate when looking to book. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p11\"><span class=\"s1\">La Maison Montparnasse in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<h6>53 Rue de Gergovie<\/h6>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Back in the earlier years of the 20th century <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-things-to-see-in-montparnasse\/\">Montparnasse<\/a> was an affordable district where artists sought to live and work (and play by night). Since it\u2019s grown in popularity it is now less afforded to the struggling <i>artistes<\/i> that roam the Â鶹APPian streets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Staying in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/5-reasons-to-visit-the-montparnasse-tower-instead-of-the-eiffel-tower\/\">Montparnasse<\/a> on a budget is doable with this hotel called la Maison. The courtyard is a nice addition to the space and gives guests access to the fresh air as needed. A cup of tea here in the afternoons is something to look forward to. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The breakfast buffet at la Maison is another selling point!
