Much of the cities infrastructure is what makes this merge possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The skating scene is a prevalent one in Â鶹APP; both in the city centre and the surrounding arrondissements. A smoother, less windy surface is preferable as some roller skaters aren\u2019t always able to navigate over the same rocky pathways that say a scooter might. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you know where to look, finding places to roller skate in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/top-10-things-to-do-in-paris-if-it-snows\/\">Â鶹APP<\/a> is quite easy. There\u2019s probably one within walking distance to you right now. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Here\u2019s where you can enjoy this fun past time free of the dangers of cars and road rules. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Bois de Boulogne in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The park of Boulogne is situated on the western edge of Â鶹APP over in the 16th arrondissement. Getting here can be a bit of a task, but making the trip with intent to spend a full day in the space is well worth it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/a-complete-guide-to-the-buttes-chaumont-park-in-paris\/\">park<\/a> makes up one half of \u201cthe lungs of Â鶹APP\u201d with the park of Vincennes on the east side making up the other. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The north end of the Boulogne park features a four kilometer long pathway with a desirable smooth, concrete finish. It\u2019s perfect for roller skating or blading so long as the weather is dry. From these gardens, you\u2019ll observe the tower from the back side. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The outskirts of the Trocad\u00e9ro Gardens are made up of smooth concrete boulevards that skaters enjoy looping around. In the center of the square are extensive grass patches where visitors lounge in the sun by day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/paris-weather-in-spring\/\">spring<\/a> and summer seasons see this part of Â鶹APP in high demand, so don\u2019t come here expecting a clear route at the best of times. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nevertheless, the Trocad\u00e9ro Gardens are big and wide enough for all skaters to find a pathway to claim as their own for an hour or two. It\u2019s a beautiful and romantic place to take a stroll &amp; it boasts some of the best views of Â鶹APP from all angles . <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Recently, the Promenade Plant\u00e9e has seen a growth in popularity amongst joggers and skaters alike. The route is considerably smooth, and the lack of car presence makes it a great spot to ride or run along without the dangers that the streets bring. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You can do this skyline route all the way through to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/10-things-to-see-in-bastille\/\">Bastille<\/a> and then catch the metro home from there. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p7\"><span class=\"s1\">Rollers &amp; Coquillages in Â鶹APP<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Something different to the usual solo skate, Rollers &amp; Coquillages is a group that arranges two weekly free skate meet-ups around the Â鶹APP city. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Every Friday and Sunday roller skaters of all levels are invited to join the group for a skate of approximately 17 to 23km long. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you\u2019re interested in the Sunday skate, meet at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoverwalks.com\/blog\/compared-place-de-la-bastille-vs-place-de-la-concorde\/\">Place de la Bastille<\/a> at 2:30pm. It is without a doubt one of the most well-known.
