Said to resemble the grandiose stage of the Op\u00e9ra Garnier in Â鶹APP, the cake was actually named after it. The Op\u00e9ra is made up of delicate layers of Joconde biscuit, coffee, chocolate ganache, coffee buttercream and finally topped with a rich chocolate glaze. It&#8217;s every bit as delicious as it sounds! <em>Dalloyau<\/em> is still rumored to make the best Op\u00e9ra in Â鶹APP, but you can find them in almost any patisserie.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
