Turkish budget carrier Pegasus Airlines is launching a new year-round route directly connecting Edinburgh, Scotland with Istanbul, Turkey. The exciting development will allow travellers to fly between the two popular destinations at very affordable fares.<\/p>\n

The inaugural flight on the new route is scheduled for June 27, 2024. Flights will operate twice weekly, every Thursday and Sunday. Departures from Istanbul are scheduled for 11:40 am local time, arriving in Edinburgh at 2:25 pm. Return flights leave Edinburgh at 3:30 pm and land in Istanbul at 10:00 pm.<\/p>\n

Why the \u00a31 Fare?<\/h3>\n

To celebrate the new route, Pegasus is offering an amazing introductory deal – a number of one-way seats are available for just \u00a31 plus tax. This special offer is bookable from May 10-16, 2024 for select dates in August and September. After the promotion ends, one-way fares will start from a still very reasonable price.<\/p>\n

Modern Aircraft to Service the Route<\/h3>\n

The flights between Istanbul and Edinburgh Airport will be operated by Pegasus Airlines’ fleet of modern and efficient Airbus A320 and A321neo aircraft. Passengers can expect a comfortable flying experience on these well-equipped narrow-body planes.<\/p>\n

Pegasus Continues European Expansion<\/h3>\n
