Grenoble, located in France, has the highest quality of life score of any city. With an astounding score of 100 out of 100, the “capital of the Alps” is well-known for being a popular hiking destination and a center for scientific research.<\/p>\n
The capital of Australia, Canberra, comes in second and is the only non-European entry. Switzerland takes third place with Bern, Basel comes in fifth, and Zurich comes in eighth\u2014it just so happens to be the best-scoring city in the world in terms of technology, services, and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
