Well, that culinary abundance <\/span>is set<\/span> to reach new heights as Barcelona currently hosts The Champions Burger, a mouthwatering food event that invites visitors to decide the ‘Best Burger in Spain’ from May 15-26, 2024, at the Fira de Barcelona exhibition hall during the 5th edition of this epic burger showdown.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Champions Burger is the largest gastronomic event in Spain<\/span>, <\/span>an amazing<\/span> nomadic concept that<\/span> will tour 16 cities throughout the <\/span>country,<\/span> with a clear objective: to bring the best burgers to all lovers of good burgers.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are on a quest to find the best gourmet burger in Spain. To achieve this, hundreds of hamburger restaurants, riding their food trucks, will engage in a fierce battle, iron against iron and sweat against sweat, to claim the coveted <\/span>award for<\/span> Best Burger in Spain 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

The judges will evaluate the flavour, the combination of ingredients, the originality, and<\/span>, above all,<\/span> the desire and enthusiasm infused into each burger.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fire, flavour, smoke, meat, and engines will combine with music, a lively atmosphere, and dazzling lights to create a unique and unmatched event.<\/span><\/p>\n

As Barcelona becomes the ultimate destination for this 12-day burger extravaganza, burger fans have embraced the events with an overwhelming turnout.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors will have the opportunity to savour different types of gourmet burgers without <\/span>having to travel<\/span> to the restaurants scattered throughout the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Everyone will find something to enjoy at the festival, with <\/span>tantalizing<\/span> options ranging from caramelized peanuts to crispy chips as toppings.<\/span><\/p>\n

The hype surrounding the event is unfathomable, as this year’s turnover <\/span>is expected<\/span> to surpass the impressive 220,000 visitors from the previous year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors will have the chance to choose their top two burgers from a selection offered by more than 25 restaurants, each presenting a variety of original and innovative proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n

The two most voted restaurants by the public will qualify to participate in the final, <\/span>where they will compete for the coveted title of ‘Best<\/span> Burger in Spain’ in the autumn.<\/span><\/p>\n

But fear not, non-burger enthusiasts, for the event will also host food trucks offering fried chicken, doughnuts, and cheesecakes to satisfy diverse cravings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, and lactose-free individuals will not be left behind, as these dietary options will also be available.<\/span><\/p>\n

To spice things up even more<\/span>, there will be a ‘Hall of Burger’ segment featuring La Muralla, winner of the ‘Best Burger in Spain’ 2023, and Jenkin’s, winner of the ‘Best Burger in Europe’ in 2023, offering their renowned creations.<\/span><\/p>\n

These two, however, are exempt from public voting as they have already secured their spots in the European final.<\/span><\/p>\n
