One of the coolest examples of Copenhagen’s waste transformation is the Amager Bakke waste-to-energy plant. Designed by the renowned architect Bjarke Ingels, this cutting-edge facility converts household waste into heat and electricity for thousands of homes. But that’s not all – it even has a ski slope on the roof, turning trash into a fun public attraction!<\/p>\n
