There is an ongoing exhibition of the works of a great Roman painter, Antonio Donghi, at Palazzo Merulana that started on February 9 and will run until May 26, 2024. Antonio Donghi is a legendary painter who, despite passing away in 1963, his pieces of art continue to live. He was famous for landscapes, still lives, and portrait paintings.<\/p>\n

Rome\u2019s almost forgotten and recently revived museum, Palazzo Merulana, is now a hotspot, thanks to the exhibition dedicated to the legendary painter. There are at least thirty different pieces of work by Donghi displayed on the wall in the museum.<\/p>\n

Have a close view of paintings such as Lavandaie<\/em> (1922), Gita in Barca<\/em> (1934), and PiccoliSaltim-Banchi<\/em> (1938), among other famous paintings created by this famous Roman painter.<\/p>\n

There are also other paintings on the exhibit, including landscape paintings, indoor and outdoor figures, as well as circus characters.<\/p>\n

A trip to Palazzo Merulana would turn out to be the best decision one could make. There is not a better time to experience the magical realism up close on exhibit than now. These paintings would turn time back and let you wander through the 1920s and 1930s.<\/p>\n
