The Wednesday<\/em> star has been making waves in Hollywood ever since the release of the Netflix hit show Wednesday<\/em> which premiered in late November 2022. The show is about the Addams family specifically the teenager, Wednesday Addams, a role well played by Jenna Ortega.<\/p>\n

As the actress showcases her incredible acting skills, one aspect of her career that she seems to thrive in is horror movies. There is no denying that Ortega has frequently expressed her fascination with the genre. She has equally been more than eager to do them; it\u2019s as if she has something for frightening roles.<\/p>\n

The actress was speaking to Jimmy Fallon during The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em> when she said, \u201cI love horror films. I don\u2019t know what it is about having blood thrown on your face and running around screaming bloody murder. It really is so therapeutic, so much fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

Therapeutic? Many may not share the same opinion but according to Collider<\/em>, many turn to horror films when they are going through some unfortunate evet such that even if you are tense, horror movies take the tension away just like any action or comedy movie.<\/p>\n
