They also come in handy when you need the best recommendations for restaurants, bars, shopping malls, museums, and child-friendly activities. When planning any vacation, flight options to your destination should be first on your priority list, and the Skyscanner app spoils you for choice when it comes to this. In my experience, the sooner you settle on your flight options, the friendlier the cost is in your pocket. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Skyscanner app offers flight options across various airlines with the best deals where you get to choose which one you\u2019re comfortable with, proceed to book the flights, choose your seats and make payments via the respective airline\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would recommend you check your flight options on Skyscanner at least 2 months before your intended trip. This helps you to stay one step ahead with the latest travel updates, free hotel, and car hire cancellations, and COVID-19 travel insurance. The Skyscanner app is quite versatile as it is available in over 30 languages. The app is free to download for apple and android devices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Explore Accommodation options on Airbnb<\/span><\/h3>\n

We\u2019re living in the thick of the digital era where most decisions are just a website away. After Flights, accommodation should be second on your priority list as a traveler. Accommodation options in this day and age have been made simpler with the invention of the Airbnb app.<\/span><\/p>\n

While in the past many of us depended on hotel bookings, our options have now been expanded by the entry of Airbnb. Airbnb whose full name is Air Bed and Breakfast created a disruptor for the hotel industry. As a frequent user, I can report that the app is very user-friendly allowing you to maneuver and search for the destination of your choice and what kind of accommodation you want. The options range from studio apartments to as many bedroom houses as you would want to have depending on how many people you\u2019re traveling with.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Airbnb app offers a preview of the different accommodation offers available for most cities in the world, and you get to pick what you want based on the budget you\u2019re working with. You also choose the duration of your stay and then check the availability of the premise. It is highly advisable to book your Airbnb say a month or two in advance of your stay so as to heighten the chances of its availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would highly recommend Airbnb as it offers zero interruption of privacy to all its users. It also gives a home away from home feel where you get to cook your own meals and be in your own little space, no matter where you have traveled to in the world.  <\/span>The rates are also cheaper as compared to hotel bookings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organize all your luggage using Packr<\/span><\/h3>\n

Packr is a life-saving app for all last-minute packers like myself. It is also unrivaled when it comes to organization.  <\/span>Immediately after you input all the details regarding your destination and your travel dates, the app generates a packing list that offers recommendations on everything you need to pack for your trip. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Packr app is very useful in providing all the details in regard to your destination\u2019s weather for all the days of your trip so that you\u2019re able to organize the different outfits you\u2019ll pack. The packing list automatically updates depending on weather and temperature.<\/span><\/p>\n

The essence of Travel is to experience your destination in its entirety. Prior to making your trip, I would highly recommend you do extensive research on your destination. Narrow down your search to include the places you want to visit during your trip and also activities you want to engage in at your destination. Say if you\u2019re visiting Â鶹APP, you\u2019d want to see the Eiffel tower or if you\u2019re visiting Mexico, you should try their street food.<\/span><\/p>\n
